Overview We are looking for experienced, compassionate RNs to join our team on the OB ICU Unit at Riley Children's Hospital. This team is part of a brand-new program, providing the only OB ICU in Indiana and one of very few similar programs in the nation. Nurses in this department are dedicated to caring for acute or critically ill obstetrics patients to improve health outcomes for mothers and newborns. We are seeking RNs with at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery or Critical Care experience for this role. Successful candidates will have a passion for women’s health and be adaptable as this program is built from the ground up. We will be a close-knit team of RNs, and looking for RNs who embody teamwork and enthusiasm. Experience working in a high risk OB environment is preferred. Nurses in this area will obtain ALS and NRP certification during the onboarding period and will acquire specialty certification within 2 years of their hire date. The department education team will work closely with you to assist you in obtaining this certification. A variety of shifts are available!
