Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated, skilled nurse to support the Adult, Pediatric and Women's Health teams at our Eastside location in Chester. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a dynamic community health practice dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to everyone who needs health services.


The Registered Nurse supports ChesPenn’s mission to provide quality health care for all community members by coordinating healthcare services and promoting healthy behavior through patient education and care. The RN's role includes supervision of medical assistant staff.


Qualifications:
  • RN required, BSN preferred
  • Three (3) years in nursing or related field
  • Current Pennsylvania Nursing Registration

What We Are Looking For:
  • 3+ years' nursing experience, preferably in ambulatory care or community health
  • Understanding of demographics of medically under-served communities
  • Strong computer skills, including experience in an EMR environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to serve as a supportive member of a health care team
  • Possession of a valid drive’s license and a licensed automobile, preferred
  • Ability to meet approved minimal physical and medical standards
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
