RDA-Registered Dental Assistant needed. We are an established general dental office in Hixson, and we are growing! We are looking for the right fit to add to our team for a long term career. Our staff takes pride in providing quality care in a warm, comfortable setting. Candidates should be well-organized with great attention to detail. Teamwork required. Communication, both verbal and written, are a must. Must be registered in the state of TN. We offer competitive pay, bonus program, 401K with match, paid time off, 4 day work week, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide a great patient experience
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records

• Registered Dental Assistant in the state of Tennessee
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Efficient computer skills

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• Additional certification or training is an asset but not required (e.g. EFDA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
