Are you an RBT passionate about ABA?

Do you have at least 6 months of ABA experience? FAC is hiring experienced full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing ABA treatment programs designed and guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As an RBT, you play a critical role in helping our clients acquire new skills and work toward the goals of building communication, social interactions, problem solving, and adaptive living skills.

By…

  • Independently conducting behavior therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Addressing client’s program objectives by using and implementing procedures approved by the BCBA and/or BCaBA
  • Delivering therapy in clinic and/or client’s home environment
  • Collecting and recording data accurately and efficiently utilizing CentralReach data collection software
  • Communicating clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Adhering to policies established by FAC and in compliance with all requirements for ABA providers and the standards of the field outlined by the ABA governing
  • Abiding by all state and federal rules and regulations guiding ABA services
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
 :How do you know if your experience is a good fit?


If you…

  • Possess current Registered Behavior Technician credential in good-standing (as demonstrated by inclusion on the RBT registry on the BACB website)
  • Have experience working as an RBT for a minimum of 6 months
  • Possess prior experience in ABA
  • Have worked with children with autism or other developmental disorders and/or delays
  • Are sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population of children
  • Have a Florida or Georgia approved Medicaid Provider number
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
    • Please note: you must be able to transport yourself. Uber & Lyft as transportation are not permitted
  • Are willing to travel to and from clients’ homes within 40-50 minutes of your location
  • Are able to stand and stay on your feet for prolonged periods of time
  • Are able to bend, kneel, crouch and lift weight of up to 50 lbs
  • Possess valid CPR certification
  • Are able to pass background clearance and reference checks
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent; however, possessing some college experience, or college degree is preferred
