New Directions is hiring BACB supervisee candidates! Join our fun and motivating team environment! We will provide on the job training on relational framing theory and advanced cognitive behaviors and languaging!

Description: Working 1:1 with children with neurodiversity in a supportive and fun workspace at our clinic in Herndon, VA. Technicians will work closely with their supervisor and get 10-20% of their hours supervised by experienced BCBAs. Our company values work : life balance and we are flexible and accommodating to staff needs.

BACB Supervisees get 20% of their billed hours as PAID Unrestricted hours without a client present. Additional unrestricted oppourtunities are embedded to time spend with the client for even more opportunities for unrestrcited hours.

Out ideal candidate:

• Has or is willing to obtain the RBT within 30 days of hire
• Has a playful personality and creativity
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate and willingness to learn new things
• Responsive to feedback and willing to give feedback
• Relatable for clients and desiring to give best overall client experience

Requirements:

Must pass a background check and be willing to complete the RBT course/assessment and CPR training (provided by the employer).

• Is enrolled in a BCBA or BCaBA course of study OR has completed the coursework necessary to complete hours.

Additional Benefits:

Free and high quality supervision without penalties such as repayment upon termination of employment by either party. Supervision structured as once per week 1:1 meeting with supervising BCBA and once every other week all supervisees meet for a group supervision.

We believe work and life balance is extremely important and understand burn out is common in the industry. We provide flexibility of schedule for those reasons.

Full time employees need to be at least 32 hours (typical BACB supervisees work 26 client hours and 6 unrestricted office hours) but can potentially reach 40 hours if wanted. We are open to hiring either full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide 3 pairs of scrubs, protective face masks, disinfecting products, thermometers with disposable ear coverings, mandatory temperature checks daily, and limit the number of cases you are working with at this time.
