Primary Duties:
- Team Management
- Conduct scheduled visits, communication & audits
- Programming Efficiency/ Retraining
- Capital Improvements Assessment & Management
- Community Connection & Personal Improvement
- Works minimum of 50 hours per week
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Physical Demands:
- Working in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to be on your feed for long hours at a time
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have 2+ years of retail & carwash management experience
- Preferred 9 months of Zips Car Wash management experience
- Enjoy working with Customers & Teams
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to be courteous and act in a professional manner at all time
- Travel up to or exceeding 50% of your time
- Participate in special events
- Excellent communication skills
