Site Name: Field Worker - CHN In addition to building, coaching, and inspiring a high performing Specialty Renal sales team you will be accountable for: Perform all required duties in accordance with the expectations indicated in the GSK Leading Ways competency framework. Lead and manage assigned territories to ensure optimal coverage and promotion of products to all customers and potential customers in alignment with GSK strategy while driving sales growth, Develop business plans, implement area business strategies, and monitor performance/execution to meet regional, sector and national objectives. Develop strategic account plans, driving consistent execution of account plans/strategy across the organization for target accounts, fully engaging customer facing roles and field sales leadership and establishing clear, measurable business goals and KPIs, Build strong, networked relationships throughout account customer organizations, and developing/strengthening key relationships with account senior leadership and decision makers Inform and advising Brand and Sales Leadership of geographic opportunities and risks. Meet or exceed expectations for field contacts and time in the territory. Provide training, coaching, and development of Account Specialists in all phases of their work. Plan and conduct sales meetings to inform, train, and motivate representatives. Recruit, hire, and retain qualified Account Specialists. Complete all required training, testing, and product certifications within the designated timeframes. Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties. Attend local, regional, sector and national meetings, routinely collaborating with stakeholders and matrix partners to align and collaborate on common goals. Approximately 1 in 10 patients worldwide are affected by chronic kidney disease (CKD), many of whom experience the complication of anemia which currently leaves them with symptoms that can dramatically reduce quality of life and increase risk of cardiovascular disease, hospitalization and mortality. At GSK, we are following the science of anemia to better understand how to help these patients, who are often undiagnosed and undertreated. GSK is proud to be expanding our team working on CKD in the US and we are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our exciting journey. Daprodustat belongs to a new class of medicines that is being investigated to treat anemia in CKD patients. If approved, Daprodustat has the potential to be a new oral treatment for patients with anemia due to CKD in both non-dialysis and dialysis settings.
