Meet Our Team:

Our Regional Marketing team’s primary responsibility is to partner closely with sales to run industry-leading account-based marketing (ABM) programs that help win key deals. We’re proud of our recent recognition by Forrester Research as a Program of the Year award winner for Demand and Account-Based Marketing. To complement ABM, we also lead the activation of broad demand generation programs within our local region that generate new leads. In managing all these programs, we collaborate with a broad set of contributors across all facets of marketing – and other functions as well.

The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) will contribute to the development and execution of account-based marketing programs aimed at driving deeper engagement and influencing pipeline at target accounts. The RMM will coordinate a cross-functional set of stakeholders to identify the right objectives and corresponding strategy for each targeted segment, and then assemble the right set of activities needed to achieve success. RMMs are empowered to “own” the Pega experience for accounts in their region, and to ensure that it tells the Pega story in a way that is most relevant to their situation.


What You'll Do at Pega:
  • Balance out-of-the box thinking with proven best practices to plan and execute a set of account-based marketing programs that move identified opportunities forward to close.
  • Champion the activation of global demand generation programs within the local region to uncover new pockets of interest in Pega’s solutions within target accounts.
  • Act as “conductor” to orchestrate the efforts of a broad group of program contributors into integrated and sustained marketing programs that deliver results.
  • Analyze programs, accounts, and contacts to actively find and leverage insights that enable course corrections and optimization of programs.
  • Collaborate with fellow regional marketers on what is/isn’t working to continually challenge the status quo and improve the regional marketing model.
  • Manage complex and high-profile ABM programs that help achieve strategic objectives for target accounts, in addition to driving opportunity wins.
  • Infuse industry best practices and innovation into our ABM approach and actively disseminate learnings across the entire regional marketing team.


Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of related marketing and/or marketing programs experience, ABM program experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels

  • Ability to navigate a complex organizational structure to build consensus around ideas and plans
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work and decision-making
  • Experienced in driving impactful digital marketing programs that utilize paid, search and social media tactics
