Summary: The Regional Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing a team of direct report supervisors and external logistics operations. This critical role will be accountable to implement needed change across our logistics network to improve the customer’s experience, drive cost savings and reduce quality issues.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a regional group of supervisors and their teams
  • Responsible for standardizing best practices in our logistics network
  • Manage the design, tracking, and execution of logistics KPI’s
  • Coordinates with distribution centers and central planning to resolve issues
  • Manage and support our returns sorting operations.
  • Self-motivated to lead projects as needed to address issues in our logistics network
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and working knowledge of logistics
  • Ensures the accuracy of logistics-related documents and shipments
  • Identify strategies, create regional action plans, and coordinate with local teams


Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit with relentlessly high standards and attention to detail
  • Broad training in a related field, usually through college or work-related experience
  • Comprehensive job-related experience for 3-5 years minimum
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and environmental conditions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and do the work yourself
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel, MS Word, and Enterprise Resource Planning software
  • Flexibility with schedule to attend meetings during other shifts


Compensation Package and Perks:

  • Competitive Annual Salary Range Based on Experience: $96,000-$101,000 base salary.
