Requirements We are looking for an outstanding individual who will oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, activities and dining services departments. Additionally, the position will support the Vice President of Operations and the Resident Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community. The Regional Director of Operations we select must demonstrate success in a leadership role within a senior living community including exceeding financial and operational goals.
