Regional Business Manager - West Coast

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Regional Business Manager to expand and develop new opportunities in the assigned territory: West Coast and specific accounts (remote). By creating new and preserving existing relationships, the RMD is responsible for executing sales and retention strategies, building brand awareness, and always staying aware of industry trends and challenges.


This is a fully remote position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all RBM territory to include new sales, revenue, and expense controls, KPI achievement and brand recognition in the defined territory.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for products, procedures, and operations for all clients and/or market contacts.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify new business opportunities in existing and future market territories.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to enrich existing relationships and network for referrals.
  • Build and promote long lasting client relationships through effective fact finding and solution delivery
  • Be an individual contributor and implement all necessary processes and manage pipeline to reach targets.
  • Provide high quality training for the end users so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
  • When applicable, coordinate supervise and training back-office team. Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Planning activities and delegating tasks. Clearly outlining goals and ensuring group members understand what's expected of them.

Education and Experience

  • BSc or BA in Science. MBA is ideal
  • Successful experience in securing relationships in the IVF, REI and embryology fields
  • Ability to track and measure efforts as they relate to reaching target goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms. Sales Force is ideal

  • Proven ability to autonomously drive the sales process from plan inception to delivery
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, strategic thinking, and close attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure with tact and finesse
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize a fluctuating workload flow
  • Ability to Use CRM platforms. Sales Force preferred.
