Summary

Achieves ambitious revenue growth objectives by communicating with customers and prospective customers through outbound calls, e-mails and online marketing campaigns.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Produce new sales opportunities through inbound, follow-up, and outbound calls and e-mails.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and resolve customer service issues.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key customers and generate interest through follow-up and upsell.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing job responsibilities in a dynamic small business environment.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
