Premier-Midwest Beverage Job Description Job Title: On Premise Sales Manager Department: Sales Reports To: Red Bull General Sales Manager Job Location: Omaha Hours/Week: 40+ Salary Level: Skilled Summary Responsible for obtaining maximum sales and share growth in all On-Premise accounts within respective territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Red-Bull On-Premise goals and execution. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience Associates degree preferred; or 2 to 4 years related experience in the beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Strong mathematical skills are required. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Outlook Contact Management systems; Encompass Order processing systems; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid drivers license with good driving record is required. Physical While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds and rarely lift and or move more than 160 pounds (keg of beer). Work Environment While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
