Job Title: On Premise Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Reports To: Red Bull General Sales Manager

Job Location: Omaha

Hours/Week: 40+

Salary Level: Skilled


Summary Responsible for obtaining maximum sales and share growth in all On-Premise accounts within respective territory.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans in an effort to achieve or exceed company and supplier objectives.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
  • Advises suppliers and customers concerning sales and advertising techniques.
  • Assure quality control standards are met by ensuring proper rotation from delivery to point of purchase.
  • Analyzes sales statistics; Meets with key accounts to present information to assist in promoting sales, assist On-Premise Account managers with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Audits designated accounts for full execution of contractual/agreement terms/commitments.
  • Maintain administrative duties to include Red Bull requested information.
  • Conducts weekly sales meeting with On-Premise Account Managers; attends and contributes to management meetings.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Assists other departments within organization.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Secure and/or create new special events; lead execution of special event. Including delivery, set-up, tear-down and pick-up of infrastructure.


Supervisory Responsibilities

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Red-Bull On-Premise goals and execution. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Associates degree preferred; or 2 to 4 years related experience in the beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


Mathematical Skills

Strong mathematical skills are required.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Outlook Contact Management systems; Encompass Order processing systems; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid drivers license with good driving record is required.


Physical

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds and rarely lift and or move more than 160 pounds (keg of beer).


Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
