We are seeking an exceptional Staffing Recruiter Specialist candidate, with a balanced approach to achieving high-quality results, delivering on business and customer commitments while partnering with all other business functions to execute with excellence and passion.
Requirements for a qualified candidate:

- Coordinates with supervisor and productions manager on temporary staffing needs and partners with local staffing agencies to support production needs.
- Complete Weekly, Monthly Reports, and Matrix with Graphs for staffing Attrition, Hires, New Starts, and Time to Fill for Riverside, and LA openings.
- Posting jobs internally and externally, work with recruiters, schedule interviews, interview candidates, initiate background screens, pre-employment drug screens, and generating and sending offer letters.
- Communicate with the agencies to send out the open orders and keep track of the orders needed for company. Oversee that the agency on-sites are managing the employees and enforcing our policies, procedures, GMPS, etc.
- Participate in job fairs, local universities, and various local and state resources and associations for recruiting purposes.
- Conducts new employee orientations with the onboarding process, policies, and procedures with the staffing agencies.
- Auditing agencies quarterly or as needed.
- Support with any additional tasks in HR that can arise to support the HR team.
- Follows and enforces all company policies and procedures.
- Travel will be required for these events, in addition, travel from Gardena or Norco facilities.
- Provide HR support for the employees.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish are very desirable.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of recent Human Resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred up to 2-5 years.
- Experience with HR function for company of 100+ employees and temporary personnel preferred.
