About the Role

As a Technical Sourcing Manager, you will help shape our sourcing strategy and approach to support diverse pipelines at all levels of the DoorDash Engineering organization. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers across DoorDash and lead our sourcing team in their efforts of accomplishing our bold and dynamic hiring plans. You will report to the Sr. Technical Sourcing Manager for Engineering.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcers focused on Engineering hiring
  • Develop the strategy for growing and delivering diverse candidate pipelines
  • Lead the strategy and implementation for our inclusion and diversity plans by developing thoughtful partnerships with organizations focused on under-represented talent
  • Manage and refine sourcing processes, goals, and metrics
  • Lead Recruiting Channel strategy, which is the identification and coordination of all channels that bring talent into our recruiting process, including research, lead generation, sourcing, referral generation, agencies, and sourcing tools
  • Build an individual recruiting brand, maintaining long-term relationships with passive candidates for future openings
  • Provide ongoing reports that track results, impact, and cost-effectiveness. Use the information to detect insights and adjust the strategy to increase impact.
We're excited about you because.
  • You have 7+ years of recruiting and/or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 2+ years directly managing teams within high-growth technology companies
  • You have Prior IC sourcing or management of a team of sourcers in the engineering or other technical domain
  • You understand the sourcing discipline and have experience building and delivering sourcing strategies that achieve meaningful results
  • You have expertise in passive candidate activation and engagement strategies
  • You use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
