What You’ll Do

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for partnering with our Recruiter in assisting with recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies. Using your top-notch organization skills, you’ll ensure our branches and candidates have the best experience.

Responsibilities


  • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
  • Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
  • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 3+ years or more in Recruiting Coordinator role or similar HR role
  • Ability and willingness to learn about position requirements
  • Good time-management
