Job Title: Recruiting Technician

Description:

The recruiter is an individual who is responsible for the pre-study recruitment activities necessary for the enrollment of volunteers into Clinical Research Studies conducted in Grayslake, Illinois. 0-3 Years of Experience.

NOTES FROM MANAGER:

1) What hours and days will this person be working?

• Various days: Monday – Friday – Part time AM for training but must be flexible for afternoon hours – 10 – 20 hours
• Eventually this person I would want to work until 6:00 PM (so like 12-6). 30 hours a week.

• Required Skill 1: Call center: Great phone skills, clear and confident phone voice
• Required Skill 2: Recruiting Technician must be versatile, empathetic, outgoing, quick on their feet, and fluent in various communication channels.
• Required Skill 3: Microsoft Office experience (e.g. access, outlook, Microsoft word), good data entry and typing skills
• Required Skill 4: knowledge of administration and clerical processes
• Required Skill 5: Flexible: ability to multitask and quickly reassign priorities. Critical Thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
