Location: Tampa, FL (Near Busch Gardens)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist hiring managers in the Tampa facility with recruitment duties and manage a high volume of applicants
  • Post job applications on various job sites
  • Must pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum job requirements and assess motivation, availability, and communication skills
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding the recruitment and selection process

ROLE SUMMARY

Fluent is seeking an energetic and hard-working entry-level Recruiter who will assist the hiring manager with selecting new hires for the Tampa facility. In this role, the Recruiter will post job applications, review resumes, screen potential candidates, and set up interviews. The Recruiter is the first person job candidates come in contact with when they apply for a position at Fluent. To be successful in this role, you must be a people person and have no trouble communicating with others in a friendly but professional manner. The Recruiter will ensure they understand the company's needs and that only qualified candidates make it through to interview with the hiring manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist hiring managers in the Tampa facility with recruitment duties and manage a high volume of applicants
  • Will review available positions and candidate requirements
  • Communicate with the human resources team
  • Post job applications on various job sites
  • Track open positions and update Tampa facility organizational charts
  • Must pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet minimum job requirements and assess motivation, availability, and communication skills
  • Efficiently communicate with candidates and set up interviews
  • Manage and maintain resume database and document interview feedback
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Follow-up with all candidates or recruiters on hiring decisions
  • Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and interviewing compliance.
  • Keep documentation of reports concerning recruitment, interviews, and hires
  • Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding the recruitment and selection process
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work as a team with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to quickly learn and process new information

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, And PowerPoint; Internet Search Engine skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position may sometimes require long hours, depending on company needs.

TRAVEL

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred or 1+ years of similar experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Must pass a drug screening
