This is a temporary (fully benefited) position that will last approximately 6 months. After 6 months, we will evaluate performance, availability and business needs to see if this position will continue on as a permanent position. 80 hrs/pp Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (flexible start/end time)
With CentraCare, our Recruiters create a candidate experience that results in an engaging, informative and responsive process for candidates and managers. We recruit, source, screen, check references (digitally) and extend/negotiate offers. Between the screening and extending offers, we work with the direct hiring managers to find the best fit for the department and role.
The recruiter is part of an HR team—consisting of an HR Business Partner, Compensation Analyst, and others—providing strategic HR service delivery and expertise to an assigned division, thereby ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and proactive service for leaders. The recruiter also partners with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing Specialists to proactively identify prospective talent while creating awareness campaigns utilizing effective branding, targeted media, and measurable insights.
Here is what we are looking for in a new teammate:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required, preferably in HR, business, or a related field
- Two or more years of previous recruitment, HR or business experience is required
- HR certification preferred
- Knowledge of basic employment laws is preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be customer-service oriented
