Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $15.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

These positions will be assigned to Winston-Salem State University - Office of Human Resources. Positions will work on Record Retention Project to perform analyzing data, filing confidential documents and records. Other duties include sorting, researching documents in database, storing, filing and scanning to database.
Applicants hired will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Disclosure Agreement.

  • Ability to apply knowledge of data collection, storage, organization, manipulation and/or analysis of data
  • Ability to analyze data and report findings
  • Ability to utilize office equipment and other relevant technology (software and systems) to meet organizational needs
  • Ability to work independently and task oriented
  • Must be able to bend, climb stairs and lift at least 20 lbs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
