Company Description Come join our family, help us build relationships, and be a part of our story. 1. Key in all R.O.A.’s to customer A/R. 2. Key all live and St. Louis deposits to customer A/R. 3. Key driver payments upon receipts of notification from payroll department. 4. Key in all adjustments needed to maintain proper customer balance. 5. Check printed edits to insure payment batches balance, therefore, insuring proper credits to customer accounts. 6. Insure batches are logged, dated and filed in proper place and date order. 7. Maintain a complete and accurate computer printed customer list. 8. Key changes in customer status, i.e., charge to cash, cash to charge, address change, minor changes from Form #800 when error is located on screen. 9. Follow-up on cash receipt log to be sure it is accurate, and distributed to proper personnel at the end of the month. 10. Check to see that all keying is completed within 24 hours after receipt of all documents. b. Keep General Ledger file from items being keyed to the General Ledger file. Close G/L file prior to end of the month. c. Receive bank reconciliation sheets per month from accounting. Research and adjust to bank G/L to clear bank account of outstanding funds. 12. Log the A/R Daily Proof Book daily with totals from A/R transaction ledger and route collections. 13. To close out week for billing, all data pertaining to customer statements must be keyed in on Monday or Tuesday to insure all data is reflected on customer statements. 14. At the end of the month, all data must be entered on last working day prior to end of month to insure all data is entered and calculated on customer statement. Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Weekly key all reversals done by Reconciliation to clear employees accounts.
11. Key in all reversals, on T-Comm side, to zero all accounts prior to month-end close.
Perform and assist in other duties as deemed necessary by credit Manager and A/R Lead Clerk.
