Position Summary: Receptionist for the state of the art, newly renovated office building in the Logan Square neighborhood (60647). This person will be responsibile for greeting and welcoming guests, employees and visitors representing Reyes Beer Division in a positive and professional manner. People or Process Management Responsibility: None Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Answer and direct all incoming calls. Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival. Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier. Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur. May support departments in clerical assignments. Other projects or duties as assigned.
