We are currently recruiting for an Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will answers phones and greets visitors focused on providing an excellent customer experience, and serving as a liaison for Sales, Production, and our clients.They will also perform other clerical and administrative assistance by performing the following duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
  • Greets visitors, and maintains appearance of the lobby area.
  • Organizes and maintains filing systems. Files job jackets, loose job tickets, and finished goods tickets. Files quotes and correspondence. Files invoices and purchase orders.
  • Routes incoming mail. Delivers Payables and Receivables to Accounting, distributes remaining mail to appropriate mailboxes.
  • Receive and route incoming faxes to the proper mailboxes.
  • Prepare and organize expense reports for members of senior management.
  • Orders and maintains appropriate levels of office supplies, including file folders, envelopes, copy/fax paper and toner. Requisition replacement supplies as needed.
  • Maintains supply of necessary forms in the file room in an organized, meticulous fashion.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence with high level of attention to detail.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials to support staff and clients.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

  • Have outstanding communication skills, being able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Qualifications
:


  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three plus years working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment, is a huge plus!
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
