Available:

Weekday shift: 8 am - 4 pm (Full-Time)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
• Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
• Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
• Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
• Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
• Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Medical Office/ Front Desk experience
• Available to pick-up shifts, as needed
• Customer Service and Administrative skills
