Requirements include:

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Adobe, etc.
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills

Duties include:

  • Answer incoming calls in cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Greet clients and visitors to office with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Handle sorting of incoming mail, process outgoing mail and UPS, and filing correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
  • Transcription of correspondence, memoranda, etc.
  • Data entry
  • Various projects around the office
  • Assist with new business processing: life insurance application submissions, follow-ups with case managers and financial advisors
  • Maintain Client Relationship Management software
  • Administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
