The Receiving Clerk is responsible to ensure that deliveries are received, labeled, and stored per company standard with a focus on effective utilization of space and asset preservation. This person actively engages in the inventory process and will be an end user of inventory and ordering systems.Responsibilities: Level One
Qualifications: Type Qualification
Education High School Diploma or equivalent desired
Experience Prefer previous restaurant and inventory experience
Skill Able to read, write and speak basic English.
Skill Able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiply and division in all units of measure)
Skill Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Skill Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
Skill Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
Skill Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two- step instructions.
Skill Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variation
