Top producing real estate agent in Beverly Hills is looking for a star assistant/director of operations + Marketing Assistant ASAP! Current role is being split up into 2, so the exact description could vary slightly. Candidate will receive partial mentoring/coaching. Qualifications for EA: -Previous real estate admin experience is a MUST -Must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed -Strong organizational skills & detail oriented -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Familiar with Escrow and title process: TC experience -Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point -Proficient with the MLS, DocuSign, Zip forms, all C.A.R forms and Constant Contact (or similar email marketing software) -Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles Real estate market -Must have reliable transportation -Maintain Confidentiality EA Duties/Responsibilities: -Drafting contracts -Running property comps -Creating listing presentations -Inputing properties into the MLS -Property showings & open houses -Handling/coordinating property inspections -Organize and schedule meetings and appointments -Coordinating and maintaining calendar & database -Handling the escrow process from start to close -Maintain all listings and transaction files including all listing expenses Marketing Assistant Responsibilties: · Schedule photogs/stagers/vendors · Meet with vendors on site to convey desired look/feel · Choose best of photos and create dropbox folders. Organize for MLS · Work with copywriter or write copy · Upload new listings to MLS, schedule open houses, · Place listing ads in Caravan Mag, LATimes and other publications · Coordinate listing market assets i.e. postcards, brochures, flyers, set up sheets · Track open house showing logs and exclusion lists. Follow up with Buyers/agents post-open house · Email open house recaps for sellers · enter new contacts into Constant Contacts · Weekly e-newsletter creation + e-blasts for just listed or just sold properties · Get Google and Zillow reviews from clients · Assist with gathering of photos of properties for social media posts · Post to IG stories · Create/maintain monthly marketing reports with ads/assets and track for Sellers · Create RFP/listing presentation · Create Listing Fact Sheets · Update website from time to time · Track marketing expenses/receipts/invoices for properties and to share with co-agent · Ideally assist to get more PR for agent and properties · Track listing expiration dates to ensure each one has some activity every month *Compensation depends on experience Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Supplemental Pay: Ability to commute/relocate: Education: Experience: Work Location: One location
