Our team is looking for a talented Database CRM Manager to join our Real Estate team! This team member will be trusted with monitoring all leads that our team receives and ensuring they are being properly taken care of by our agents as well as maintaining weekly meetings with the agents for accountability and growth! You are the gatekeeper of our leads!

$40,000-$55,000 yearly

• Ensure that all company leads have been contacted within 24 hours of their entry into our database
• Follow lead flow from beginning to end with the agents
• Ensure all agents are completing their assigned daily tasks
• Monitor lead responses to agents and agents notes in the database following company plans
• Keep our metrics high for our referral partners and correct any gaps in production measurements
• Take leadership over agents actions in our CRM
• Assist in the creation of Smart Plans for client follow up
• Meet 1/1 with agents for accountability of their goals

• Must know how to use CRM's
• Can work mostly remote but must be local to attend some office time
• Real Estate experience preferred, but not required
