Real Estate Agent's Primary Responsibilities:
- Servicing company-provided leads.
- Prospecting new lead generation
- Consistently communicate with clients to ensure their loyalty & satisfaction.
- Working closely with buyers and sellers to close sales transaction(s)
- Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
- Daily CRM use and follow-up with leads
Requirements
- Have an active real estate license, or is in the process of obtaining one.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
- Self-motivated, driven, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
This is a commission-only independent contractor position, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time real estate agents in our program make $40,000 - $60,000 in their
first 1 year, while our experienced and top real estate agents can make $80,000 - $100,000+.
