The staff member must be able to set-up, operate and maintain any equipment needed for exams. They will also stock rooms and maintain supply levels. He/she is expected to assist the technologist before, during and after care. This staff member is also responsible for prescreening of all MR patients. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains and organizes the radiology exams rooms and supplies to facilitate departmental function
  • Maintains proper use of all equipment needed to preform procedures within all radiology modalities
  • Consults technologist to determine needs daily for all procedures
  • Collects information by interview from patient, family and healthcare providers for technologist to preform final MRI safety screening
  • Procedural room turnover and setup
  • Charger capture
  • Stock room and manager stock
  • Positions patient when required

  • Minimum of 1 year of operation room experience or equivalent technical experience in health related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in medical field preferred,
  • Knowledge in Par Ex, par vision, Lawson preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
