The Nuclear and Radiological Protection Division at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) seeks a Radiobioassay Lab Technician for the Dosimetry Services Group. This position will be responsible for performing benchtop radiochemical analyses on human urine and fecal specimens to determine the presence of extremely low levels of radioactivity that may indicate potential internal occupational dose to radiological workers. The analytical results are used to demonstrate compliance with the DOE approved ORNL Radiological Protection Program under Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 835 and in accordance with the provisions in the DOE Laboratory Accreditation Program.
