Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $117,600.00 - $211,700.00 *(this does not include geographic differential it may be applied based on your work location) Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors. Shift premium will be addressed on an individual-basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours. Specifically, this team is responsible Portfolio Risk Analytics in areas such as Reserves, Loss Forecasting and Stress Testing across all portfolios. Please review the Preferred Skills section for more specific responsibilities and skills as they relate to this position.
Conducts and develops quantitative and analytic models, assessments and/or applications in support of risk management efforts that assess the market and identify risks and gaps in existing or proposed processes. Applies diverse methodologies and deep experience in quantitative analytics to identify and solve complex and/or undefined risk problems. Works with leadership to remediate gaps and improvements identified between existing practices and regulatory requirements. Leads and executes complex initiatives and cross functional teams within the Chief Risk Office and across the Enterprise that drive problem resolution. Leverages broad enterprise knowledge and business acumen related to core discipline(s), products and processes.Job Requirements
