Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description: Mercy Home Health Care has a need for a Full-time Quality Management Specialist. This position is based out of the Newtown Square Branch Office. The Quality Management Specialist collects, collates, analyzes, and reports data gathered from patients, physician, and community regarding perceptions of service provided by Mercy Home Health. Monitors trends in OBQI/QBQM data to ensure accuracy of data collection and identify areas of improvement in documentation, clinical practice, and coordination of care. Keeps updated on Medicare OASIS regulations. Current RN Licensure in State of PA, BSN preferred. One year hospital based medical/surgical experience. Two years home health experience. Substantive written and verbal communication skills. Licensed to operate an automobile in State of PA.
