If so, then our Quality Improvement Team Leader opportunity was made for you! As a Quality Improvement Team Leader, you will lead or actively participate in in quality improvement projects/activities using quality tools to analyze problems (e.g. fish-bone diagrams, root cause analysis, fault tree analysis, failure mode, and effect analysis, flow-charting, pareto analyses), and applying Six Sigma, Lean, Toyota Production System, or PDSA/PDCA for the overall project. You will work with front-line staff (people who touch the processes) to analyze problems, test changes, efficiently measure results and implement change. As a Quality Improvement Team Leader, you will work with senior organizational leaders to commission quality improvement projects, report on results, solve problems, implement organization-wide, and sustain changes. The domains of focus for this role may include patient safety, quality of care, hospital ranking/reputation, and performance-based reimbursement, regulatory, accreditation and licensure, and/or medical staff quality.
