About us Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) supports several lines of businesses that include Business Banking, Commercial Bank, Global Wealth Management, and Investment Bank. Located in Chicago, the Bilateral Deal Setup & Funding Team, within WLS, is a high-volume production-based operations function responsible for booking & funding of new loans, renewals, and amendments/modifications for bilateral commercial loan products. The team also performs system maintenance transactions as art of loan restructures. Key loan accounting systems used within Deal Setup are Loan IQ, ACBS and VLS. Job Responsibilities The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing documentation and approving loan transactions in various forms on the applicable commercial loan system. Candidates will also be asked to participate in projects assigned by the Manager. High volumes and daily deadlines are routine for this role.
