Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor Technicians performance and ensure Key Performance Metrics are attained prior to leaving the customer
- Communicate with supervisor issues or concerns with field technicians
- Track and record Technicians meter readings to diagnose required levels are attained for speed and quality.
- Ensure Home Health Checks are completed at each worksite
- Compare invoicing details to detect any discrepancies or issues that need to be communicated with customer.
- Verify technicians’ daily stops and work performed.
- May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested.

Requirements: *
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to communicate in a business- like manner.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Capable of working independently and as a team player.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
