Your technical expertise as a Purchasing Associate III in the area of Purchasing and Data analytics will contribute to our client's innovative therapies which will impact the quality and duration of life.

Job Description:

• Plan, perform, and administer purchasing activities to assure that all assigned production parts and research materials are delivered within required delivery, quality, compliance, and pricing perimeters.
• Conduct and document procurement activities and negotiations to support prudent buying decisions.
• Maintain ongoing interface with various departments to assure that materials purchased meet requirements at the lowest practical cost and are delivered by specified need date. Monitor open order reports weekly and engage with business stakeholders and vendors for identification and purchase of alternative items if necessary.
• Take appropriate corrective action on Monthly Reporting Factors, such as resolving payments for invoices, etc.
• Take an active leadership role on assigned projects with customer engagement, vendor onboarding, and payment terms negotiation, and capital equipment approvals.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience required.

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $37.00 - $38.00 per hour
