In addition to the above benefits, the District also offers a robust voluntary benefits selection: Faculty/Educational Administrators: This is a full-time, tenure track, teaching assignment in the Division of Health Careers. This assignment includes teaching classroom theory, clinical instruction, skills lab, testing, and clinical evaluation of students to a student population that is highly diverse in terms of academic preparation, cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds as well as physical and learning abilities. Instructor is responsible for arranging clinical rotations in hospitals and clinical community sites. Clinical teaching assignments and/or classroom instructional assignments may involve day and/or evening shifts. Clinical teaching assignments will be in hospitals, clinics, developmental centers, and outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care facilities . Instructor will be responsible for providing a full professional service week. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Any bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience OR Any Associate’s Degree and six years of professional experience AND AND AND AND AND AND OR The equivalent. Certain combinations of education, experience, and other accomplishments in the field may be judged as equal to the stated minimum qualifications for these positions. Maximum Salary: $133,746.50 annually (maximum entry level $94,668.78)
Benefits:
The District participates in the State Teacher’s Retirement System (STRS) for faculty. Employees covered under the State Teacher’s Retirement System (STRS), are vested 100% after five years of full time service credit. All coverages begin on the first day of the month following the hire date.
