The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations of their given site(s). The Property Manager is responsible for leasing administration, on-site training, staff scheduling, financial reporting, resident relations, marketing, and overall operations. The Manager will also oversee all departments including facilities management, community assistants, and administrative staff as well as handle all special projects assigned to them by the Regional Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule · Must be available for overtime when necessary · Oversee all property staff · Responsible for hiring, training, terminating, and rewarding all staff members · Oversee and submit payroll for the property · Oversee Vendor, Tenant, and University Relations · Enhance community development · Negotiate contract obligations and terms · Complete all necessary financial reporting · Ensure all leasing and marketing efforts are being complete and are effective · Complete other HR related tasks as assigned · Ensure property is maintained with required standards · Complete all property reporting requirements · Complete special projects as assigned by Regional Manager · Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree; 4 years of experience in property management or related fields. Demonstrated Leadership Skills COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.
