We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Property Management Office Administrator to join our Fusion PMC team!
As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. Along with front office responsibilities there will be multiple tasks that will be assigned. One year recent property management experience is required.
- Answer phones, route calls, voicemails
- Schedule appointments
- Sort mail
- Greet clients, customer service
- Maintain inventory (order office supplies)
- Clerical tasks (filing, copying, printing, organizing, binding, scanning, data entry)
- Maintain office (neat at all times, attention to detail)
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Errands outside office (post office, bank, FedEx)
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
