Promo Managers will be Sameday Health's brand ambassadors, bringing awareness to local communities. They will brainstorm and execute marketing outreach to gain more traffic to individual sites. Additionally, Promo Managers will obtain B2B sales opportunities through strategic marketing.

The ideal Promo Manger is someone who possesses the qualities of a cheerleader or an influencer. This person has the ability to sell anything and thrives off of being active, engaging, and connecting with people.

This individual is up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and enjoys being out in the community's field, making an impact and ultimately driving business.

• Responsible for building, executing and managing promotional marketing materials to drive site awareness in the community
• Work cross functionally with internal marketing, communications and sales teams to generate ideas and execute field projects
• Measure ad effectiveness through KPIs and data
• Investigate market trends, implement and pivot promotional strategies as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment

• 1-5 years of professional experience in a marketing, promotional, or sales role
• Dynamic, creative personality eager to build connections and expand horizons
• Excellent creative, project management and interpersonal skills
• Structured mindset, highly organized and great attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills is a must
