How You Will Contribute:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS client projects, including program requirements, site set ups and general support

• Under guidance of Senior Operations Management: assist in management of day-to-day activities of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS Programs, including initial draft of program requirements, maintenance of project compliance documentation and supporting duties, as applicable

• Demonstrate flawless execution of best practices in implementation and relationship management

• Coordinate internal and external/vendor resources, as applicable

• Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

• Relevant experience and/or training

• Strong organizational experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Project and/or implementation support experience preferred

• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
