Project Manager Summary
Our team is currently seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage the company’s installation projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple installation projects within an assigned region as well as managing multiple sub-contract crews. Applying candidates must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have the ability to work well under pressure, possess an optimistic attitude, be results and success drive, “thick-skinned”, extremely organized and detail oriented. Candidates with interest in new technology, specifically IP surveillance systems, preferred!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maximize monthly installations and meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations
  • Review installation documentation for contractual and customer objectives and saving all documentation in a database
  • Balancing competing demands in logistics, schedule, cost and quality objectives for installation projects
  • Act as a customer and vendor liaison for system implementation
  • Accounting functions including closing out jobs upon completion
  • Negotiating with installers, third parties and others for successful execution of projects
  • Relationship building with employees, customers, installers, and other company resources
  • Work closely with other PMs to make pressured decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and two-five years related experience (preferred)
  • Prior experience with project budgeting, scheduling and contract review
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e. Sedona)
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects for external customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
