This full-time project management position earns a competitive pay of $100,000 - $125,000/year, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

Our Project Manager / Civil Engineer is essential to the success of our civil engineering firm and the satisfaction of our clients. Each day, you function as a liaison between our clients and our company as you work to translate their vision into a plan that can be carried out. Further, you take charge of your team of engineers, designers, and drafters as you work up a clear and concise proposal to submit to the client. You also submit reports to governing agents, take care of the billing for each project, and handle the contracts. Your effective staffing and scheduling help ensure we have everyone we need to get things done!

On top of assisting clients with their vision, you enjoy utilizing your strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while benefiting your team, especially new engineers, with mentoring that promotes growth and development. The dynamic nature of your civil engineering/project management position means no two days are the same, and whether you are working on custom homes or planning multi-lot residential developments, you are always up to the challenge! REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Valid PE license
  • Prior experience in managing residential land development projects in Southern California
  • 10 or more years of industry experience
  • Can proficiently use AutoCAD

Experience in the following areas is preferred: entitlements, processing, site plan development, tentative map preparation, grading plans, improvement plans, drainage, water quality, and mapping.
