Mission Financial information systems exposure within commercial/consumer banking companies strongly preferred with hands-on experience managing Oracle Hyperion and Oracle EPM projects in on-prem and/or cloud-based deployment models ? Demonstrate success in managing technical projects in Accounting and Finance business domains Demonstrate knowledge of SDLC best practices and methodologies including waterfall and agile ? Performance driven, attention to details with high level of organization skills and ability to work to deadlines and within budget ? Ability to analyze and effectively respond to emerging project conflicts or changing requirements, and incorporate appropriate technical and functional knowledge into work resolution ? Maintain documentation including project schedule, risk/issues logs, testing documents and auditable business/IT artifacts required for the project ? Effectively communicate and present, verbally and in writing, technical and non-technical information to management teams including designs, project issues and project health status ? Ability to facilitate working groups and collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders in a positive and productive manner ?
