Project Management Analyst (Nuclear Modernization, Space Missile Defense) Details

LinQuest is looking for Project Data Analysts from a variety of backgrounds including; Nuclear Modernization Space & Missile Defense experience or relatable. In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates will have to have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance level, and eligibility for an SCI.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the interest, capabilities, and relevant experience to help LinQuest support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research & Engineering in performing highest quality Research, Development, Test, Evaluation, Engineering and Technical Services.

Required Skills
  • Proficient at instantiating analytical models into software
  • Knowledge of modeling and analysis using mathematical/quantitative methods
  • Expertise with using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coordinate others to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives
  • Experience with programming/mathematical modeling languages
  • Experience in supporting technical or operational fields and have expert credentials or be recognized as an authority and have the mature judgement required to advise senior government personnel.
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data
  • Strong executive communication skills, written and oral
  • Ability to work well both independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills
  • Experience interfacing with DoD Staff, Joint Staff, Services, and warfighters to coordinate engineering and analysis needs and analytic results

  • A Bachelor’s degree in data science, operations research, mathematics, computation methods, engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Department of Defense security clearance at the Top Secret level, eligible for SCI
Preferred Experience:
  • A Masters degree in operations research, mathematics, data science, computation methods, engineering, or related field
  • 15 Years of experience
  • Experience with agile project management, including agile controls, function and story point estimating techniques (e.g., Fibonacci, T-Shirt Sizing, Planning Poker), monitoring, and reporting; DevSecOps; and change management
  • Understanding of military operations.
