Seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator/ Report Analyst with extensive customer service, dispatch, and report writing experience. Position requires acquaintance of construction related building materials, ability to interpret lab data and analysis' and translate the data onto reports with strict timelines.

Requirements for the position are: Customer Service, Extensive Administrative & Writing Skills, Follow-through, Able to Meet Deadlines, Dispatch and/ or Project Manage, Accuracy & Communication Skills. Must be fluent with Microsoft Office.

Helpful attributes or characteristics: Detail-oriented, be excellent at multi-tasking/ writing, be a team player, have great organizational skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and convey vital information to various parties.

Express Air Testing is an Environmental Testing/ Consulting Firm specializing in asbestos, lead, mold, biological matter, smoke, soot and ash testing. Business Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm and Sat 8am-2pm- schedule may vary'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
