Currently, we are looking to add a Full-Time Project Coordinator to our South Lake Union team which services our Amazon account. This person will act as the communication hub for client needs, order fulfillment, sales support and product inventory.

The Project Coordinator Team Lead will: _*

• Trains all incoming Customer Queue Project Coordinators
• Systems, business processes, customer communications
• Raises long-term concerns to supervisory team
• Involving any of the above, or other concerns as needed
• Knowledge of scope and current processes
• Knowledge of business practice as volumes scale, raising suggestions to Supervisory team if processes need improvements or updates are needed to existing workflows
• This role will not have direct reports
• This role will be limited to the Customer Queue PC Team, not extending into Scheduling, Onboards, Moves or Security
• This will be an “influence without authority” but there will be some degree of hierarchal authority.
• Peer to peer coaching
