We’re looking for an exceptional Software Implementation Program Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring an exemplary client experience through a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation and Implementation to Customer Success.
Reporting to the Services Operations Manager, the program coordinator will facilitate an effective process workflow to ensure the client a successful transition through the services departments.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Communicate with sales at contract signing to fully understand the client and their needs
  • Simultaneously manage multiple handoffs from Sales to Implementation
  • Provide clients with a detail explanation of the upload process for establishing their primary Aspire system with client data
  • Assisted clients with initial definition of project goals, identification of stakeholders, timelines/milestones, risks, etc.
  • Track projects during Implementation to ensure on time completion of goals and milestones
  • Work closely with Services Operations Manager to establish clear processes that establish smooth workflow during transition periods
  • Provide the Services Operations Manager with data to ensure accurate utilization and workload reporting
  • Report on projects accomplishment of goals and milestones and escalate issues to Operations Manager
  • Drive process improvements to streamline work and provide a higher value to our customers
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of AspireCare and establish a clean handoff from the IM to the assigned CSM
  • Work with sales, Implementation, and Care to improve customer experience
  • Update and keep accurate client data within the companies CRM solution

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience as a program coordinator in Enterprise Software Implementations or relevant position

Preferred Skills Requirements:
  • Tech Savvy, proficient in MS office
  • Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills. The ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and cross functionally, influence and advocate on behalf of the client.
  • Ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies accordingly. Ability to work both in a team, and independently, to make the best decisions for our clients.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
