Robert Half is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide project management support with the coordination of the Media Services department projects and overarching programs, related to areas such as training, corporate communications, marketing, executive interviews, external and internal facing campaigns/commercials and other enterprise-wide complex digital media projects and programs. The role involves assisting the Program Manager with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion and effective transition to deployment and coordinating appropriate communication to all stakeholders as needed. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently with little supervision.

As a Project Coordinator, you should be able to coordinate and schedule the production of training, corporate communications, marketing, executive interviews, external and internal facing commercials and other enterprise-wide complex digital media projects and programs. You will input, track, and monitor project data into designated various project platforms (i.e., Workfront, Microsoft Outlook calendar, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet), to ensure project changes and updates are always up to date. You will also coordinate, report status, and ensure the stability of project-related work efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating various project reports and dashboards. This role will assist with the management of requests via an intake process that will require you to take action, track, and complete all requests. You will also coordinate required approvals between the Media Services leadership and Program Manager. You will be responsible for prioritizing tasks and duties to ensure day-to-day project activities remain on-track, on budget and meet project milestones and deadlines. Other related tasks include, assisting with identifying resources and other internal departments whose input is needed to complete projects and ensure successful delivery. Track and or maintain company documents according to company standards, while performing a wide range of administrative related tasks. Analyze existing procedures and identify opportunities for efficiency and/or improvement.

Qualifications:

  • AA required; BA/BS preferred
  • Experience with video, film, radio, audio, and multimedia project management preferred.
  • 2+ years coordinating, managing, and executing projects/programs that are medium to large in scope from inception to completion, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills. Previous program or project coordination experience required. Proven communication skills, both written and oral. Analytical experience required. Administration/operational experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, power point, project); Proficiency in SharePoint and Workfront preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and timeline focused.
  • High level of confidentiality as much of the information involved in projects is not “public” knowledge.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills (demonstrated experience in using these skills in a project management role).
